No, this is not a TT contest.

NPR is holding what they call "Three Minute Fiction." Basically in 600 or less words, tell a story based on the prompt. The prompt this time is "Leave a Message After the Beep."

Thanks for this lead. I submitted a short story...doubt it gets chosen though since it's a creepypasta :) But it was a fun exercise nonetheless!
