You get used to it if you like that style of music. It's just individual words drawn out via screaming. When I listen to djent metal like this I think of the screaming as another instrument, not necessarily singing if that makes any sense.

The art is crazy(in an awesome sense). I won't argue with the music, though. I understand that I'm not a huge fan of metal with screaming, but well, seeing it as another instrument seems like a good way to like it.
