This is a quick look at how I usually organise my writing before I start my draft.

Hope this helps.

You actually use pen and paper still? How primitive!

It looks fine to me.

And, yes, my handwriting is poor.

Plans for a mass killing.

Does everybody plan their pastas, then? Most of the ones I write are pretty ad-hoc, based around one or two central ideas and how to represent them, and then quite ruthlessly pruned- the shorter ones are written similarly to how I'd write a joke, a brief intro and quick subversion (A Long Detour, for example). Scene setting suffers a bit, but I balanced that somewhat with the common settings of Alderlake and Maybury for a good deal of my pastas.

It depends on the story, but yeah, I tend to plan out most of my creepypastas.

Usually the things I have when I start writing a story is either a character, premise, or one sentence I really like, and a conclusion that derives from that character, premise, or sentence. Usually there's some mixture of the three, like, a sentence involving a premise, or something else along those lines. The rest of the story is just the process of moving the starting point to the conclusion.

A few things I've written didn't have a conclusion when I started them, The Big Nothing and The Curious Case of (Numbers) Mockingbird Road didn't have an ending when I started. The Big Nothing was just writing based on the premise of being stuck in space, and TCCoMR was just based on the opening sentence and was more or less improvised beyond that.

I probably should plot out my stories a bit more.

"Nicholas"

The town that the story is set in is Latin for St. Nicholas. I thought that was a cool idea.

Also, this has the most planning I've ever done for a pasta, mainly because there were like five characters and the main story was in sentence-long fragments.

I was worried that I'd forget it if I just started.
