I, for one, think leaving the hostage unattended was a tour de force in strategy.

You've always had an eye for these details, Krypto.

I get the feeling that Vermouth is about to shoot Speedy for killing Ike.

I don't get the impression that Mr. Vermouth cares about that kind of thing very much.

And the three of them seemed to get along pretty well.

I'm sorry if you're mad, Zeca, but I did what I thought my character would do. It would have turned out different if Rags hadn't been so eager to kill the witnesses rather than limit their communication and mobility via other means.

Also Krypto you always do interesting things with these games.

Thanks. This one was tough for me since I wanted more of the PCs to make it to this point but I think the game rules and the volatility of the characters made that unlikely.

Still I consider it basically a success so far.

I enjoyed it.

Spoiler:
Even if everyone left is going to die horribly.

If Speedy was intelligent, he would really regret killing Ike and Card now.

Great job everyone. Once 44 puts up the finale for Speedy I'll probably do one more post as an epilogue.

If you have any questions about the story, please let me know.
