Thread devoted to the review of creepy elsewhere on 'tinternets. There should be loads out there so if you've seen anything creepy start firing up links, uploading pictures and embedding videos.

Here are a couple of websites that I like to read to get the blood flowing:

Paranoid News - http://www.paranoidnews.org

(Some guy creates humorous website where he reports on the latest crazy shit that's happening that may involve impending doom and apocolyptic movies. Usually quite creepy, he always has a source or two for each news update!)

Unexplained Mysteries - http://www.unexplained-mysteries.com/

(Basically just a website devoted to looking at the paranormal around the world. It's not all mysteries, sometimes it's just whacky or interesting news. Everything from aliens to UFOs or from conpiracies to ghosts, it's all there. They even have a bit about space travel and science. Their forums are populated by retards, stay away!)

I've been in love with this site since it was a wee babby. I used to get daily emails on AOHell for the Morbid fact du jour.

While not exactly always creepy, because they like to mix in humor, they do a lot with paranormal news and stuff. I haven't really kept up with them, but I do remember them fondly.

Oh, I loved Salad Fingers. I feel so hipster saying that, but it's true anyway.

I second that, Vaughn. Good ole Salad fingers.

Not all of these are really creepy, but interesting.

Kinda fuckin creepy. I think they did a great job pulling off the concept though.

I really wasn't sure where to put this, but I really didn't want to make a new thread just for it either. I happened to stumble on to this blog while browsing. It's a blog for tabletop role-playing (not sure how many of you are into that kind of thing; off the top of my head, I can only think of Ren who might be), but it was these two posts that caught my attention for obvious reasons. They are called "How to Run a Horror Game" in two parts. The first part is interesting to anybody who is interested in tabletop role-playing and how they might run a decent game. The second part is full of some ideas for that type of game; some of them are quite good and creepy by themselves (a few of them aren't that great, though).

Part 1.
Part 2.

That was pretty cool. Too bad I don't know anyone to play my games with.

I recently purchased the Call of Cthulhu corebook so I can play it without flipping through pdfs. I'm glad you posted that link. :3

I'm debating buying the d20 version of Call of Cthulhu.

So that I don't have to flip through that pdf anymore either.
